Coldwell Banker All Stars Realty is the dream reality of its owner
Betty Hensinger. Broker/Owner, Betty Hensinger is not new to Real
Estate, or business. In 1982 she started an advertising/marketing
corporation servicing major companies worldwide. In 1989 she added
DuraGreen Marketing, Inc., a master distributor of horticultural and
agricultural products, which later partnered with Orbita Films of
Germany to form Dura Green Marketing USA, Inc.
Betty�s worldwide travels and business ventures
galvanized her interest in politics; in 1999 these companies were
sold at their successful peak. At that time Betty decided to run for
Florida State Legislature-District 25. This was her first attempt
running for a public office; she finished a close second in a
four-way race, Betty�s interest in politics continues today.
With her many years in business the transition
to Real Estate was a natural one. After working as Realtor� for
several years Betty opened Coldwell Banker All Stars Realty�s first
office located in downtown Mount Dora, Florida. The Mount Dora
office realized over $100 million dollars in closed sales in its
second year. That same year Betty opened her second office in
Daytona Beach Shores and later followed with her third office in
Ponce Inlet, Florida.
When Betty is not in the office she can be
found enjoying her time with her family at the two motocross tracks
they own. One is an 80-acre track in Waldo, Florida and the other is
a 40 acres track in Bithlo, Florida.
Betty�s business sense runs a close second with
her contribution of endless energy to her community and work
environments. In 2005 she received the Greater Lake County Realtors
Association Community Service award. Additionally she has served as
president and continues to serve on the board of �The Turning Point
Ranch,� which houses foster care teenage girls. Betty has and does
participate on many committees, which help facilitate change for the
betterment of the community.
